type='text'>四肢都怪怪的，右手在秋訓的痠痛還沒好，左手的筋痛的那條埋得很深，要像捏水管那樣把它的位置捏出來，右腳不用說了依然在痛，左腳更HIGH、一跳躍擺陣就開始作痛。是因為太久沒練嗎??不過這個不是重點。昨天老師教我們抓自己的最佳距離。就是劍直接伸出去、劍尖頂在對方面上，右腳往前一步，左腳不要拉。然後這樣兩次，第三次就跳出去，練習自己抓到打面的距離大約在哪。小手也有這樣練，不過我還抓不到。 這樣練一練，就開始衝擊練習跟比賽練習。沒辦法，社課時間變短了、對我們而言。不過聽說在我入社之前，其實就是兩個小時，可是一整年都是三小時下來，大家也習慣了。總而言之，就是那樣啦。其他都是跟社務有關的，NEVER MIND~</summary><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' type='text'>RE-Start過了一個崩潰的下午。開頭是基本，後來打連擊練習，約束練習只打了第一招，就開始衝擊練習，結束後是比賽練習，休息五分鐘；紅白對抗賽開始。秋訓在拍完照之後圓滿結束。本人的錯誤百出﹍﹍。比如說，到現在為止，非常酸痛的是右腕，左腕狀況還好，雖然左腕在秋訓的時候出現了類似雞油不夠的現象，使用時感覺非常吃緊、不過應該還好。左腳與右腳開始虛脫，腳步不穩，而且腳弓都有使用過度的痠痛發生。體力則是差到在大車輪倒數第三支時，林老師看著我笑道：「你怎麼還沒倒？」「其實我快倒了。」當時連喊聲都出不來。然後還要隊長提醒，才想起來，小手－面的連擊裡，當MODEL的一方要記得退一步讓人方便打面。唉唉，其實連約束練習第一招都約略忘了順序，幸好記得夠牢，示範完一次就記得了。再來是手腳同步的問題，暑訓時的成就完全歸零了我認為。殘心也做得很差，後來有被楊老師K又被念就是證據。所以這個學期，要重頭開始。就這樣。</summary><link type='text'>最後一篇﹍﹍寫完這就要去編帳目了﹍（呵欠﹡面陳老師這次完全不教大支面，只有小支的。所以很認真的鍛鍊我們的腕力，讓我們只要稍稍拉起來，抬到別人的頭上－－「咚」一下就贏了。說是這樣說，可是還是很難練。再來就是所謂的氣劍體一致，因此在你把劍拉起來敲別人的「同時」，你還得學會突近對方，手伸直，腰推著腳帶出身體－－狂嘯之時，將對方格殺。雖然寫起來很好看，但是說實在非常難啊啊啊啊啊。腳不是快了一拍，就是身體留在後面，不時來個「你的手再伸長一點」。甚至在實戰練習的時候，還會出現「你們兩個的馬愛(mile)可以再試著抓好一點﹍」。我唯一高興的是，楊老師來看我們的時候，對我的評語是：「你的腕力有進步。」﹡小手和面一樣，多了一個重點是：「手伸長敲下去即可」。左手不要再拉，因為馬愛抓得好，手伸長下去就有了。所以腕力依舊很重要﹍﹍﹡胴不用往後拉，一有空隙，敲就是了。打這個的重點比較放在嗆斯(chance)上面。</summary><link type='text'>本來7號就要去的，因為宿舍的問題就拖到10號了。好心的笨孩子忍著打死我的衝動，一路陪著我從北車跌跌撞撞到了武者，笨孩子人真好。所以路線是北車捷運→板橋捷運→公車667(板橋方向)→84巷一路走走走就會到了。不知為何，我覺得我好像RPG主角經過重重困難，來到神祕的道具店所在一樣。老闆人很好，在場的另一個男生也不錯。然後挑劍挑到一半，看起了劍顎。(喂跑去全日本劍道聯盟(http://www.kendo.or.jp/)的網站查了一下，漢字寫作鍔，拼音寫作つば(tsuba)，所以說、我們平常指把指把的喊，到底是？啊、姑且不管這個，武者的店裡除了平常那種塑膠的指把外，有日本進口的皮製指把單售，跟一整套台灣製的牛皮+皮革指把；估量了一下預算，我乖乖的只挑一個日本進口的，進口的指把統一都是深藍，但是縫線顏色有差，所以挑了一個亮棕色www後來挑劍的時候，老闆跟我推薦了日本進口、烤過竹片的竹劍，</summary><link type='text'>喔今天真的好累﹍雙臂都有點無力，腳開始有點痠。先講技術性問題，其他的慢慢來。沒餘力顧到他人了。暖身米字三二一一二三一一一一一馬步休息跳溝仔跳躍擺振青蛙大拜拜。今天全部都有打完，雖然跳溝仔﹢跳躍擺振那邊一直都很要命。我在大拜拜的回程上偷吃步，老師點出來之後就停下來了，看看其他人剩三步追上才繼續。一到終點就碰一聲倒下去了～現副隊學姐說看到我一倒她也快崩潰了。後來爬到牆角邊，躲在欄杆下狂喘，不敢咳嗽，一咳就怕吐。不過在暖身米字的時候，我正在努力的把眼前的景象給記錄下來。因為這是「新的日常」。隊長是以前的副隊長，社長是以前的副社長，總務則是我與LILY。成員雖然說不上大洗牌，可是一口氣地增加好多新血。社團裡面本來就會來來去去，可是現在每個人的臉，一定是要記得的。畢竟曾經一同在同一個社團裡待過，彼此的人生已經確實地產生交會、留下痕跡。希望以後在路上遇到不管待了多久的社團成員，我都會認得﹍﹍</summary><link type='text'>四個等級為恐怖的學長喔喔喔﹍﹍OTZ簡單的熱身後大家就開始戴面上了，今日吾人將次為四。反正就是被打爆的那個，有的是恍神，有的是真的太可怕。EASY學長怎打的我倒忘了，只記得他是追擊型打手，不敢跟他分太開。書緯學長會主動分開，然後再好整以暇的衝上來，很難接。EGG學長對上我就放了三個大絕。當然爆掉。後來跟我道歉過幾次。亦鵬學長果真無敵，靈活、動作快、出劍又準，死得心甘情願。﹍﹍雖然跟他打劍的過程一直覺得莫名奇妙。就是知道你們(三個)等我一退就打人我才不敢隨便分開嘛！只有書緯學長會分開後不追擊才安心地跟他退。果真是一年一次的盛況呢。那合照。看過拎拎跟阿桑的相機檔案後，我這樣感慨。吃飯不像吃飯，倒是簡單的填肚子罷了。上的菜色感覺雖然齊全，但是不多，況且過半都是海鮮。﹍﹍挑這家民權海鮮餐廳的用意到底是什麼啊。雖然今天喝的金牌感覺特別順口，不過在場的人從老師老學長在學學長同輩都有，我的顧忌可大了。</summary><link type='text'>本來想說以後沒比賽了整個有點放鬆﹍﹍不過聽說社長被交大陳桑秒殺，老師決定今天來個衝擊練習呢哈哈哈哈哈。其實認真看下來，整體而言，今天真的比之前還不操了啦﹍﹍不過只有我們四隻大一戴面的出現，老師除了把我們這四個exp.不夠的叫開作戴面基礎練習跟休息之外，還提醒我們要記得多叫其他人出現。那些其他人啊、唉。其他戴面Ｎ久的人，就讓其他新生打開心的了﹍﹍=ˇ=切返、面、小手、小手面連擊，普通速度、衝擊速度﹍﹍雖然新生們很累，不過MODEL們大概也挺累的，畢竟是新生，右手會很容易出力，所以被打的人就﹍﹍節哀順變？接著是衝擊練習﹍﹍﹍﹍OTZ真的會累，莫名奇妙會累；比戴面前的飛躍水溝﹢跳躍擺振100下還累。啊今天那個，我有跳完全程喔ˇ雖然跳完我幾乎快爆了。之後是短暫的休息，休息完是衝擊練習的練習。每個學長姐跟我說衝擊練習只有一種﹍﹍真是見鬼了。明明就分成互相攻擊跟另一方放破綻兩種嘛。</summary><link type='text'>我最討厭的就是我這個死心眼的個性，說好了不想寫還是跑來寫心得了。笨蛋笨蛋笨蛋笨蛋笨蛋。所以我不想詳詳細細的寫這次的心得，咧。社團全員除了「病死」的代理隊長=副隊長之外，有報名的人都到了。另外來了林老師、三個同級新生男生、一個同級新生女生。男子隊是清大Ａ隊得了得分賽殿軍、過關賽季軍，其他都沒名次。唉、望天興嘆。林老師說我有進步，只是還是要再加強，得分賽打到後面弱得跟輔大盃（→永遠的噩夢）一樣。過關賽就哈哈哈，盡力過就算了。（﹍）總覺得水準終於有恢復到全國學生錦標賽那時的感覺了，可是要讓學姊們心滿意足的離開學校，我還得更努力才行。不能當拖油瓶，雖然因為我是剛戴面沒一年的新生，但是為了她們啊，我也得成為「鐵支」（台語）。雖然聽到學姊轉述說她們只能當「鐵支」的時候我心寒了。然、後、喔。我TMD的非常討厭亂ㄎㄠ對手的人。就算想分開也要打準一點啊，打KODE可以打到手肘，打DO可以打到大腿中段。（</summary><link type='text'>每次去社課，或多或少會想到這個問題。昨天感觸尤其深刻，雖然等下一次的卡關時刻到了，還會再想一次、再苦惱一次、再自責一次。不過這本來就是不可能消失的煩惱。昨天開始衝擊、約束練習、深呼吸的循環不久後，我就自己退下了。因著腳傷和呼吸不順。在旁邊看著，知道大家也是精疲力竭；等到自己重新下場時，感受更為深刻。之前黃學長打劍快狠準，當他KODE的MODEL，劍是不用拉的；重新下場對上他，狠準猶在，快卻消失了，他還氣喘吁吁的邊做殘心邊說不好意思。該說這句話的人應該是我﹍﹍一直覺得自己很軟弱，不管抓著重劍與否，戴面前的擊面練習，第一個垮下來的一直是我。戴面後，動作慢下來、出擊不確實、連連道歉的人，也是。這種時候心裡不是那麼渴望休息，而是不斷的責備自己一直給別人添麻煩。知道自己下去休息之後可能會打得更好，卻還是無法退下。因為總覺得其他人可能也累了，還是繼續在場上沒有離開。想到這點，就沒辦法開口說要休息。</summary><link type='text'>今天代理隊長依舊病弱，總務學姊依舊操人。果然全部體力過人的就是她囉？打了一種很有趣的KEKO法。右腳拖累了。唉。前天本來就有點怪。今天更是變本加厲。走路角度怪一點就痛到不行﹍﹍◢▆▅▄▃崩╰(〒皿〒)╯潰▃▄▅▇◣唉唉、我不喜歡跟學長們打KEKO。到底是打衝擊還是打比賽啊。TEMPLE好難抓啊啊啊！每次想衝就被擋，覺得自己會被擋就被放行。還會說：「學妹、這是比賽喔～」﹍﹍要是有幸，趕出賽的時候竟然推倒他們，這股怨氣才會消吧﹍﹍不過，想也知道，不可能啦。然、後、喔？我得練習先打別的地方，然後才打面（放大絕）的TEMPLE才行。先前因為趕著恢復先前水準，所以都拼命的打面。結果現在社上每個人都可以輕鬆地打我，如果是這樣，別的學校的人也可以依樣畫葫蘆地打爆我啊。可惡、爭氣點啦﹍﹍可是也只能打KODE，打DO的需要反應時間還太慢。除非對上差不多等級，否則DO還是得少打點。然後、</summary><link type='text'>今日代理隊長因病退席，總務學姊帶隊。辛苦了。考慮到體力的問題沒拿重劍，可是發現已經拿成習慣了。戴面後不停的打比賽技巧，本人打得出來用不出來。打第六式的時候還會鈍。該用什麼樣的角度去審視當今的自己？嗯、沒戴面前都是拿重劍的時候，結果今天拿普通劍，我覺得打起來很不習慣，打出來反而變醜了。其實今天沒戴面打得很輕鬆﹍﹍對現在的我而言。比賽技巧？大支面。SEME大支面。敲劍大支M。大支KM。KODEDO。SEMEDO。小支KM。超級大支M。約束練習第一式、第二式、第三式、第六式。主要是讓對手習慣你的節奏跟攻擊部位後，忽然轉變節拍，讓他措手不及的戰術。老師後來KEKO時對我說，就你的程度而言，還是把約束練習背起來直接打吧，這些東西你能打多少就打多少。打DO時我被敲到舊傷又開始痛，楊老師哈哈大笑，說只要你這輩子都在打劍，你的腰傷就永遠不會好。我知道、我知道，畢竟這就跟我的右手腕一樣，</summary><link 2009一個久違的老朋友寄來的信件末尾祝福語。﹍﹍我不會夢到打米字，不過應該會夢到北大盃。下述MEMO就單純是一個廢渣的廢言，覺得「廢渣的廢言不屑一顧」的人，請千萬不要進來。（以下是倒敘法）。戴面之後，一直用到右手，動作也變慢很多，楊老師跟我KEKO的時候，都是懶洋洋的閃過我的面。後來他也這樣跟學長們教訓：你們的話、我還要架劍，這個的話，直接閃過就好了。﹍﹍我、我的重劍白費了（抱頭。這幾天應該把背誦約束練習納入工作裡面，我要背起來啊!!!!第一式第二式不知為何我熟得很快，這星期用上的第三式跟第六式就鈍得跟什麼一樣。突然覺得今天打這個對到我的人都很慘，因為敝人依舊是個很鳥的MODEL兼打者。。體力好差－－楊老師今天叫大家做的抱佛腳增加體力打法，我大概在旁邊休息混掉了不少時間。這樣子不行啊﹍﹍到時候只有我虛掉的話，輔大盃噩夢又會重演了﹍﹍﹍﹍那個星期日﹍唉﹍﹍。</summary><link
